I recently ordered a Tetramorium caespitum queen with three workers. However, the queen only had half its legs. About a week later, all three workers were dead. A little later, the queen died as well. The people at Quality Ants helped me immediately and sent me a voucher refund. I'm very grateful to them. I was already a regular customer, and this really confirmed just how great they are.

Perfect... everything is perfect, the site is very well done. I've already ordered three colonies, including Camponotus maculatus. They're even better packaged for the winter. I was afraid a few wouldn't survive, but they were all alive and in good condition. My Camponotus nicobarensis, which initially had only two queens, now have about 200 in less than a year! The only problem is that the free queens are sometimes not fertile, but that's not a problem. Otherwise, everything is great. They should sell more because they're doing very well!

Normally I order elsewhere, or print things out myself and create things myself. Because it's fun when you've done something yourself, and Ants are number 1 of course, and I thought it was time for something different for a change. I've ordered and done so much already and was looking for something new and a new challenge. Ordered feeder bottles, food bowls, and a 3q Fugax ant nest. They were in 2 tubes instead of 1, which is what I expect when I order a 3q nest, but this isn't a problem, they do get together. But now for the next tube: 1 looked good in itself, tube 2: 1 of the 2 qes was dead and water was leaking through the cotton ball in the intermediate chamber (not full, but if you lay it straight, it does run through). I don't know if there was brood and duckweed in it, but it looks too messy now. I've tilted them a bit more now and I'm sure it will be fine. I don't know what happened, but maybe a "fragile" sticker on the boxes. Otherwise, the feeders and trays looked neat. I will definitely take a look at what other materials you have; everything else looked tip-top. With information included. Also, I think it's great that they didn't ship after Thursday due to days where the items might get lost elsewhere; they are thinking of the ants, which they don't do everywhere. Regards,

A week ago, I bought a Messor Barbarus queen with 10-15 workers and some accessories. Everything arrived promptly, and the ants arrived in top condition. If I need anything new, I'll definitely order from them again!

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Messor Barbarus queen, a Pheidole Pallidula queen, test tubes, and some food. I also got a Lasius Niger queen for free. They were all well fed and cared for properly. They
all produced workers already, but unfortunately the Lasius queen suddenly passed away when she produced her first workers (don't know why).
Despite that, I am satisfied and will definitely order again.

Very happy with the order, it arrived in good order, and I only had to sleep on it for one night, and the ants were there. 10/10
