What does an ant colony consist of?
At Quality ants we have everything you need to start your own ant colony. The most important player in an ant colony is the queen ant, she lays the eggs that further develop into a larva and then into a pupa from which the worker hatches. These workers work hard to provide the colony with food. At our online store you can buy a queen with brood and a number of workers, for example 10 or 50 to start your ant colony. Choose which breed interests you most, there are breeds that are suitable for novice ant keepers or breeds that are suitable for a real ant expert.
